Our Attorney J. Francisco Tinoco has been practicing law for over ten years. Mr. Tinoco operates a general practice law firm covering various aspects of law, including corporate and business law, civil litigation, federal and state criminal law, immigration and naturalization, family law, and debtor and creditor's rights and bankruptcy law.

Mr. Tinoco has practiced law in large law firm environments and well as small firms. Mr. Tinoco obtained his bachelor’s degree from Columbia College and his law degree from Columbia Law School, New York, NY. After practicing in New York and Connecticut, Mr. Tinoco returned to his native South Texas and formed a new brand of law firm. Mr. Tinoco is licensed to practice in the States of New York, Washington, D.C. and Texas. Mr. Tinoco is admitted to practice before the federal courts in Texas and New York, as well as before the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.
